We provide the platforms with an availability of 99.5% on a monthly average. Maintenance work will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. The exact functional scope can be found in the respective product description.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access data and for the proper use of the services. Misuse, particularly circumventing security mechanisms, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
AviTech Plus is only liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. We only collect data necessary for contract fulfillment and do not share it without your consent.
